ZESTY ORANGE SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup 3 Dragons Zesty Orange Sauce
1 ½ lbs shrimp (shelled and de-veined)
¾ cup flour
1 cup corn starch
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup cold water
Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
- Mix flour, corn starch, 1 tbsp oil, baking powder, egg and cold water to make a smooth batter 
- In a large, deep skillet, heat 1″ of oil to approximately 350 degrees 
- Dip shrimp in batter to coat, and fry until golden brown on both sides 
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels 
- Toss with Zesty Orange Sauce
