ORANGE FLANK STEAK
INGREDIENTS
1 cup 3 Dragons Zesty Orange Sauce
1 whole Flank Steak
1 cup Flour
1 cup Corn Flake Crumbs
1 Egg
2tbsp Water
Napa Cabbage, shredded (Optional)
Sesame Seeds (Optional)
Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
- Trim fat from steak and slice diagonally against the grain into 1” x 3” pieces. 
- In bowl, mix egg and water 
- In large zip-top bag, mix corn flake crumbs and flour 
- Place a few pieces of flank steak into flour mixture and shake to coat. Repeat this process until all steak has been coated. 
- Heat 1” oil in large skillet over medium-high. 
- Fry pieces of coated flank steak until browned on each side. Drain on paper towels. 
- Place on serving plate and drizzle with Zesty Orange Sauce 
- Garnish with cabbage and sesame seeds.
