PAN ROASTED SPICY GINGER SCALLOPS

3 Dragons Sauce Pan Roasted Spicy Ginger Scallops

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups 3 Dragons Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

2 lbs Scallops

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

2 tsp Oil

Parsley (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in non-stick pan and add scallops.

  2. Add scallops to pan and sear for one minute on each side.

  3. Add 3/4 cup Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce to pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  4. Transfer scallops to serving plate and drizzle with additional warmed sauce prior to serving. Garnish with parsley.
