SPICY GINGER FLANK STEAK
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups 3 Dragons Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
2 lbs Flank Steak
¼ cup oil
2 stalks green onion (Slivered)
2 tbsp sesame seeds (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Place Steak and 1 cup sauce in a 1-gallon zip top bag, and marinate at least 2 hours 
- Prepare hot grill and brush racks with oil 
- Place steak on the hottest part of the grill for 1-2 minutes. Then move steak to a medium heat section of the grill and cook until desired doneness. Internal temperature should reach 125—130 degrees for rare; 140 degrees for medium-rare; 150 degrees for medium 
- When steak is done to your liking, remove from grill and place on cutting board. Cover with foil and let rest 15 minutes. 
- Slice steak across the grain and at a diagonal so the slices are wide. 
- Heat the remainder of the sauce and serve with steak 
- Garnish with Green Onion and Sesame Seeds
