SWEET & SOUR PORK
INGREDIENTS
1 cup 3 Dragons Classic Sweet & Sour Sauce
½ Lb Pork Tenderloin (Cut into 1” Pieces)
1 Green Pepper (Cut into Pieces)
1 Can Pineapple Chunks (Drained of Liquids)
1 Cup Flour
1 Egg
Oil for Frying
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, beat egg and mix with 2 tbsp water 
- Add Pork to egg and stir to coat 
- Place flour in shallow dish. Roll pork in flour to coat 
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 
- Fry coated pork in oil until golden brown, drain on paper towels 
- Place pork in serving dish and coat well with Classic Sweet & Sour Sauce 
- Garnish with green pepper and pineapple chunks.
