ingredients
3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
Bell Pepper cut into 1” pieces
Onion cut into 1” pieces
1 can Pineapple Chunks, drained
Cherry Tomatoes
Bamboo Skewers (soaked in water to prevent burning)
Beef & Chicken (cubed)
Shrimp
for marinade
- Use 1/2 cup 3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce per pound of Meat 
- Beef & Chicken (cubed) – Marinate for 2 Hours 
- Shrimp – Marinate for 2 Hours. 
- Reserve Additional Sauce for Basting 
DIRECTIONS
- Place ingredients in individual bowls and set everything out buffet style 
- Guests can skewer their own ingredients 
- Grill kebabs directly over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently until Meat is thoroughly cooked 
- Baste with Additional Sauce as Desired
