SWEET CHILI MARINATED PORK CHOPS WITH ASIAN SLAW
Ingredients:
4 pork chops, thin cut
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup 3 Dragons Gluten Free Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
pinch black pepper
¾ tsp salt
¾ cup roasted salted cashews
Asian Slaw – recipe (3 Dragons Sesame Chicken Sauce)
Directions:
- Combine soy sauce, worcestershire, ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk together until combined. 
- Add pork chops and coat with the marinade mixture. 
- Let pork chops marinade in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, flipping half way through. 
- In a shallow dish, stir together ½ cup flour, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper. 
- Heat oil in large sauté pan. 
- Lay pork chops on paper towel lined plate to remove excess moisture. 
- Dredge each pork chop in flour mixture, and place in hot saute pan. 
- Cook for 3-5 min on each side until golden brown and cooked all the way through. 
- Drizzle with remaining ¼ cup Sweet Chili sauce, and top with chopped cashews. Pairs well with our Asian Slaw recipe.
