PEANUT CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups 3 Dragons Asian Peanut Sauce
3 cups Cooked Chicken, cut into 1” cubes
1 cup Celery, diced or Bok Choy
1/4 cup Carrots, slivered
1/2 cup baby Corn
1 cup Peanuts
DIRECTIONS
- Warm sauce in large pan. 
- Add chicken to pan and stir until heated through. 
- Add celery or bok choy, carrots, baby corn and peanuts. 
- Serve over rice or noodles
