PAD THAI NOODLE SALAD WITH CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS


1½ cups 3 Dragons Asian Peanut Sauce

8 oz Soba or Linguine noodles (cook per directions)


1½ cups cooked chicken, cut into strips or shredded


1 red bell pepper cut into strips


2 stalks green onion slivered

2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped

½ cup celery diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Serve additional sauce on side (can be warmed)
