CRAB RANGOON with SWEET CHILI SAUCE
Ingredients:
¾ cup 3 Dragons Gluten Free Sweet Chili Sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 oz crab meat (if using canned, drain well)
6 green onions, finely chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
20-30 wonton wrappers
3 cups oil (canola, soy, or avocado) or oil spray if using air fryer method, salt, to taste
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, place cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, and garlic powder. Mix together with a spatula until combined. 
- Lay 2-3 wonton wrappers onto a cutting board. Cover the remaining stack of wrappers with a damp towel. 
- Fill each wrapper with ~2 tsp of crab filling mixture. Lightly moisten your fingertips with water and run them around the wonton edges. 
- Fold wonton corners upwards to create a four-pointed star. When sealing the wrapper, remove as much air as possible to prevent the contents from breaking open during cooking. 
- Fried Wontons: Fill a deep saute pan with 2 cups of oil and heat to 375°F. Place 6-8 wontons in the pan and cook until golden brown and crispy. Flip wontons as needed to cook evenly. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt immediately after frying. - Air-Fryer Method: Spray wontons generously with avocado oil. Heat the air fryer to 375°F. Cook 6-8 wontons at a time to avoid overcrowding. Cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt immediately after frying. 
- Serve warm with 3 Dragons Sweet Chili Sauce.
