SPICY TERIYAKI FLANK STEAK FAJITAS
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups 3 Dragons Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
1 ½ - 2 lbs Flank Steak
1 Onion, vertically sliced
1 Green Pepper, cut into strips
1 Red Pepper, cut into strips
1 Yellow Pepper, cut into strips
12 Flour Tortillas
Cooking Oil
Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole
DIRECTIONS
- Mix meat and 1/2 cup sauce in large zip-top bag. Marinate for at least 1 hour. 
- Lightly sauté green peppers and onion in oil and set aside. 
- Heat grill and cook flank steak for 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. 
- Slice meat thinly across the grain and serve with warmed tortillas, onions, peppers, and remaining sauce. 
- Garnish with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
