3 DRAGONS FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp 3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce or Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
2 cups cold cooked rice
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup bean sprouts (can substitute or add chopped vegetables like peas, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms)
2 green onions, sliced
2 eggs
1/2 cup cooked meat (chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, tofu) diced
DIRECTIONS
- Scramble the eggs separately in a pan and set aside. 
- In a large skillet or wok, place a small amount of canola oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking. Heat over medium-high. 
- Add the rice, green onions, bean sprouts, meat and eggs and stir constantly until the rice is hot and well mixed. 
- Add in the salt, pepper and Teriyaki Sauce and stir well. Serve hot as a side dish or simple main entree.
