CHICKEN POTSTICKERS WITH SWEET CHILI DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients:

20-30 Gyoza or wonton wrappers

1 Lb ground chicken

2 tsp fresh ginger, minced

1 tsp fresh garlic, minced

4 green onions, chopped finely

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp brown sugar

2 Tbsp soy sauce

3 Tbsp oil

¾ cup 3 Dragons Gluten Free Sweet Chili Sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine ground chicken, ginger, garlic, green onion, black pepper, sesame oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Fill each wonton or gyoza wrapper with 1-2 tsp of chicken mixture.

  3. To seal the potstickers, lightly moisten fingertips and run fingertips around the wrapper edges. Fold in half and crimp the outer edge. While sealing, get as much air out as possible so they do not break open while cooking.

  4. Heat a large pan with oil.  Heat a large pot of water to a gentle boil.

  5. Boil 10 dumplings at a time for 3-5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and shake off excess water.

  6. Carefully place boiled dumplings in the sauté pan with oil to crisp the dumplings for 2-3 minutes. Remove dumplings and place on a paper towel lined plate.

  7. Serve warm dipped with Sweet Chili Sauce.
