The founding family operated The Jade Palace restaurant in Denver, Colorado and had the privilege of serving 4 generations of families. The secret to the dishes lay in the special and original in-house sauces. In 1991, they decided to provide the same delicious sauces to enable home cooks to create restaurant-quality dishes for family and friends.
